About the Foundation
Is a private, non-profit institution created by the León Asensio siblings and the León Jimenes Group to contribute to the social and cultural development of the Dominican Republic. It was established on November 29th, 1995, with the purpose of managing socially relevant, participatory, and self-managed projects and collaboration between national and international groups and organizations. The León Jimenes Foundation is a faithful expression of the commitment assumed by the León family to contribute to the attainment of a better nation.
